One Hand Cannot Clap Alone is a group exhibition and veneration to interconnected lives and overlapping timelines - featuring 18 artists actively countering the notion of the auteur to explore personal legacies, heirlooms, and familial mythologies across film, textiles, sound, sculpture and jewellery whilst pushing through mixed feelings of joy, grief, love and hope.

One Hand Cannot Clap Alone is a group exhibition platforming the works of 18 artists and groups whose artistic practices are attentive to familial networks, ancestral memory and collective making that actively counter the notion of the auteur. Exploring personal legacies, heirlooms, and familial mythologies, the artists in the exhibition through film, textiles, sound, sculpture and jewellery push through mixed feelings of joy, grief, love and hope.
