Kudos acknowledges and pays respect to the Gadigal and Bidjigal people of the Eora nation. They are the traditional custodians of the land Kudos Online operates on. We create, design, share, and exchange our work and knowledge on this important meeting place. We pay our respects to elders past and present and extend that respect to any First Nations people who visit Kudos Online. This is and always will be Aboriginal land.
We are dedicated to fostering the professional practices of UNSW ADA students and early-career creatives through a variety of volunteering and exhibition programs. At the core of our programming is a commitment to equipping students with the skills they need to navigate and achieve success in the world outside of art school.
We hold with pride that our platform has been a steppingstone for some of Australia’s most established artists, designers, and curators including 2013 Archibald Prize winner Del Kathryn Barton (Unreflective Immersions, 1998), 2015 AGNSW Sulman Prize winner Jason Phu (Golden Century, 2008), and 2020 NSW Visual Arts Emerging Fellow Dennis Golding (Kudos Emerging Awards, 2018).
As we have done before, we aim to continue nurturing the professional practices of emerging creatives to become proficient and insightful voices speaking to the complexities of the world around us.
